nice. Blog! Found it from bigpockets. Your a few steps ahead of me in the learning curve to investing from Cali! I hate that I will most likely have to go out of state for cashflow? It seems incredible that the Cali owners don’t need cash or have to sell! The Investment properies are all negeative cash flow the day of buying based on approciation or over so at some point proper cash flow and roi have to come into play. In the mean time learning and reading!
